- Bicycle parts
✔ Check Frame and Fork Dropouts for alignment
✔ Check both front and rear wheels for spoke tension and trueness

- Check wheel tension
- Lay front wheel on side
- Push on the outside of the wheel into ground using medium strength
- Flip over and repeat on the other side.
- Re-check spoke tension by squeezing two spokes between your fingers. They should spring back into place.
- This will lower the tension on the wheel a bit. It functions in the same way as riding your bike for about 10 miles. It ensures that after you begin riding, the wheel will not loosen up.
- Check wheel tension
✔ Install front Wheel

- Align and tighten bolts
✔ Check Rear wheel

- Remove rear wheel
- check all spokes
- make sure rear sprocket is properly tightened
- Replace, align and tighten rear wheel into place
✔ Install Stem and handlebars

- On FLEET - press down on handlebar to make sure it doesn’t rotate or press downward within the handlebar stem
✔ Once aligned torque all bolts to the following specifications

- Top Quill Stem Bolt 18 -22 NM
- Handlebar Clamp 20-23 NM
✔ Check that the pedal cranks spin smoothly and freely. If there is grinding or resistance
✔ Adjust and set brakes

- You want the brakes to be as tight as possible without rubbing.
- Your levers should not be able to squeeze to handlebars
✔ Inflate tires to proper PSI (Found on tire)
✔ Check seat bolts are tight to the seat post
✔ Check that the seatpost moves freely when the seatpost clamp is loosened.

- If necessary, lightly grease the seatpost
✔ Install all proper reflectors and tighten
✔ Recheck EVERY bolt
✔ Ride bike to ensure proper operation
✔ Recheck all bolts
✔ Check all electronic components
